Inducement to provide less than medically necessary health care services prohibited
Prohibited financial incentives
A health carrier which offers or issues a network plan shall not offer an inducement to a participating provider of health care in the network that would encourage or otherwise incent the participating provider of health care to deliver health care services to a covered person which are less than those which are medically necessary.
